• 10:00 am - 12:30 pm: Drop in, say hi, and enter our giveaways.

• 10:30 am - 11:15 am: Join Eric Bols for a complimentary mobility class. Sign up required, all fitness levels welcome.

• 11:15 am - 11:45 am: Enjoy a unique sound bath with Kriss.

• 11:45 am - 12:30 pm: Meet Kriss and Eric, and enjoy coffee and refreshments.

• 12:00 pm: Winners announced.

We've got your little ones covered with supervised crafting from 10:30 am to 11:15 am. And for those who prefer to relax, we have blankets and chill stations in the backyard.
