SPRING CELEBRATION (Meditation, Live Music, Dance and DJ Set)A spring celebration with guided meditation, embodiment movement, live music and DJ dance party.

We will begin our evening a guided meditation led by Katherine while BEX shares ambient guitar. After you're anchored in your heart, receive a musical live performance by BEX, sharing a powerful acoustic set of songs to move your heart.

After your heart is open, Gina will lead us through some embodiement movement using the Dance Alchemny technique as we move into an elevating DJ set with missKriss!
Ground your energy after the dance with a closing guided meditation.
Our experience will be held at STACKT market. No yoga mat required.
Just bring yourself, some water, your beautiful smile and a friend if you want to share this experience with someone.
